About the Fellowship
The NBLK® Summer Fellowship is a paid, project-based professional development initiative designed for emerging talent, recent graduates, and early-career professionals pursuing careers in data and innovation.
Built on the power of mentorship, research, and real-world collaboration, the Fellowship connects participants with industry leaders and hands-on projects that drive data-driven solutions, business transformation, and entrepreneurial growth.
Fellows work alongside the NBLK® Data & Innovation Team to explore areas such as software development, database engineering, systems automation, and AI applications — gaining experience that bridges classroom learning and industry impact.

We welcome applicants who:

- •Want to bridge the gap between academic learning and applied technology
- •Are excited to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- •Based in the US or UK (London-based applicants welcome for the new UK cohort)
