The NBLK® Summer Fellowship is a paid, project-based professional development initiative designed for emerging talent, recent graduates, and early-career professionals pursuing careers in data and innovation.
Built on the power of mentorship, research, and real-world collaboration, the Fellowship connects participants with industry leaders and hands-on projects that drive data-driven solutions, business transformation, and entrepreneurial growth.
Fellows work alongside the NBLK® Data & Innovation Team to explore areas such as software development, database engineering, systems automation, and AI applications — gaining experience that bridges classroom learning and industry impact.

Front-End Developer & UX Support
Returning from the 2025 cohort as support staff, Arshdeep drives the front-end architecture and user experience strategy for OKRA™. He bridges design and engineering, ensuring every client product is intuitive, performant, and built to scale — from component systems to full product flows.
Aditya Bhuran
Fellow — Backend & Cloud Engineering
Aditya focuses on backend systems and cloud infrastructure, building the APIs, data pipelines, and deployment architecture that power NBLK® products. His work ensures the platforms are reliable, secure, and ready to scale as client demand grows.
