Paid Leadership Development Program for STEM students & recent graduates to work directly on research & development projects.

The NBLK Summer Fellowship is a paid, project-based professional development initiative designed for emerging talent, recent graduates, and early-career professionals pursuing careers in data and innovation.

Built on the power of mentorship, research, and real-world collaboration, the Fellowship connects participants with industry leaders and hands-on projects that drive data-driven solutions, business transformation, and entrepreneurial growth.

Fellows work alongside the NBLK Data & Innovation Team to explore areas such as software development, database engineering, systems automation, and AI applications — gaining experience that bridges classroom learning and industry impact.

Who Should Apply?

We welcome applicants who:

  • Are current students or recent graduates (within six months prior to June 2026) in STEM fields. Other stronger applicants are considered.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
