2025 Fellowship Cohort
The inaugural NBLK® Fellowship cohort — two fellows who helped lay the foundation for everything that followed.
The 2025 cohort was the first-ever NBLK® Summer Fellowship — a pilot program designed to test a new model for developing emerging STEM talent through real-world project work. Fellows were embedded directly into the NBLK® engineering and product teams, contributing to live products and internal R&D initiatives.
From AI-powered healthcare applications to front-end product design, the 2025 fellows tackled problems with genuine business impact — not hypothetical coursework. The program proved that early-career professionals, given the right environment and mentorship, can deliver at a professional level from day one.
