NBLK Small Business Grant Award
Investing Back Into the Small Business Community
NBLK has experienced meaningful growth in 2025, and we believe in giving back to the entrepreneurs who are doing the hard work every day to build opportunity, create jobs, and strengthen their communities. This holiday season, NBLK is awarding 10 small businesses a full BizKit — a custom-built digital tool designed to help your business grow.
We are prioritizing entrepreneurs who have been historically underserved, including women, people of color, immigrants, veterans, LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs, and individuals overcoming financial or systemic barriers.
Applications are open now. Winners will be announced on January 12, 2026.
What Winners Receive
Each selected applicant will receive one full BizKit package — a custom digital tool valued at $500, built to meet the business's most urgent digital need.
Each BizKit includes:
- •A custom-built digital solution (Website, App, AI Bot, Dashboard, or Google Visibility setup)
- •Delivery within 7 business days
- •Fully branded to your business identity
- •One round of revisions
- •Complete ownership of the asset — no subscription or ongoing fee

Eligibility Requirements
To apply for the NBLK 2025 Holiday Small Biz Grant Award, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
Business Requirements
- •Must be a legally registered for-profit business located in the United States or U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam)
- •Must have been legally registered and operating for at least 12 months
- •Must have 10 or fewer employees
- •Must be a first-time business owner (no prior businesses owned)
- •Must be able to provide verification documents upon request (such as business registration, EIN, or W-9)
- •Must not currently hold nor have held a contract, paid engagement, service agreement, or financial relationship with NBLK or any of its subsidiaries within the past 18 months
- •Must not currently be in contract negotiation with NBLK
- •Must not have previously received a BizKit Grant Award from NBLK
- •Must submit a complete application before the deadline
Community Impact Consideration
Priority consideration will be given to applicants whose businesses demonstrate meaningful social or community impact, including those serving marginalized communities, contributing to local economic development, job creation, or community empowerment efforts.
Conflict of Interest Exclusions
The following applicants are not eligible:
- •Current employees, contractors, interns, or partners of NBLK
- •Immediate family members of NBLK staff, owners, board members, or partners (including spouse, parents, siblings, children, in-laws, or anyone living in the same household)
- •Businesses owned in whole or part by any of the above groups
Legal Disclaimers
By applying, applicants agree to the following terms:
- •No purchase is necessary to apply or be selected
- •Receiving the award does not require any payment now or in the future
- •Submitting an application does not guarantee an award
- •NBLK reserves the right to verify eligibility of any applicant and request documentation
- •Award recipients may be asked to participate in reasonable marketing or promotional content, including testimonials, photos, or case studies; participation is encouraged but not required to receive the grant
- •NBLK reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the program at any time
- •All decisions made by the NBLK selection committee are final and not subject to appeal
- •Applicants agree that NBLK is not responsible for any technical issues, lost submissions, or incomplete applications
- •The grant is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation or credits
- •Awarded BizKit services must be initiated within 90 days of recipient notification, or NBLK may award the opportunity to another applicant
Privacy & Data Use
- •Information submitted through the application process will be used only for evaluation of eligibility and selection
- •NBLK does not sell or share applicant information with third parties
- •Data will be stored securely and confidentially
